The Elsie dress is as sweet as can be, featuring ultra-feminine details such as delicate lace trim, a basque waistline, bows on the neckline and sleeves, and the most dainty pleated ruffle hemline. Crafted of organic cotton poplin and cotton lace; the fabric is mostly opaque, but please note that this dress does not include a lining in the skirt like our other dresses, due to a manufacturing error (thus the lower price). The sizing runs slightly large, so if you are between sizes, please size up.
