Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted when initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible for return or exchange. Returns are processed in the form of shop credit, which will be issued within 7 days of receiving the item back. 

To return an item, please email us at hello@shopwildercollective.com with your name and order number; you will be sent the return address and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of initiation unless otherwise agreed upon for extenuating circumstances; returns made outside of this window will be subject to a 25% deduction from shop credit. 

To exchange an item, please email us at hello@shopwildercollective.com with your name and order number; you will be sent the return address and customers are responsible for shipping costs for both the return of the original item and the re-shipment of the new item. 

Please note that we do not accept returns due to customs fees; if you are placing an international order, please make sure that you are aware of the possible fees associated with international shipping. If we receive a returned item due to unpaid customs fees, we will ship the item back at the customer's expense, or if preferred, a return in the form of shop credit may be issued.
